User should inspect new machine carefully, know well its operation method. After test run, it can be put into production. The essential points for inspection and test run are as below:

Inspect whether the accessories are complete, the bolts each parts are fasten or not.

Inspect whether the wire connection of motor and electrical appliance is right and firm, and connect ground wire properly or not.

When test run no load, machine should run steady, without hysteretic and abnormal voice. When machine is running, forbid to do any repair or take off shield, so as to avoid accident.

Must make sure the position needed to bend on rebar, and should keep rebar straight with working disk. If rebar is inclined,  it may skid off and hurt people.
